Kelly started Genesis Integration in 1990 and has been the company leader since that time. Prior to starting Genesis Kelly worked in systems integration and audio engineering completing numerous high profile projects in the studio, fixed installations, and for live touring events. At its inception Kelly worked in all aspects of the business from sales to technical to accounting which provided the basis for the leadership required to grow the business into the national systems integration leader that it is today. In 2006 Kelly was asked to join the board of directors of the National Systems Contracting Association and is the association’s incoming President. Kelly has also served on the board of advisors for Grant McEwan University and the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
