We are who we are because of the people and companies we align ourselves with. We believe that in order for us to be the best, our partnerships and alliances need to be more than just commerce. They need to be about forming trusted relationships. We know we can’t do this alone. That’s why we partner with leading organizations and thought leaders to enhance our skills through collaboration, training, and certification programs. These partnerships ensure that we are providing our clients with first-class solutions and services. We build a strategy through all of our partnerships, ensuring that everyone has a clear understanding of our future goals and that we work together to achieve them.
Genesis Integration is just one of two Canadian members of PSNI. Being a member of the PSNI Global Alliance provides us with direct access to the most advanced technology, training, and support. It allows us to work and collaborate with over 30 integrators worldwide, enabling us to provide the best solutions to meet our customers needs. In order to maintain affiliation with PSNI, Genesis is required to hold a certain number of top industry certifications as well as meet numerous AV security requirements. Partnering with Genesis means your business will gain access to a worldwide organization, whose mission is to guarantee qualified and high-quality AV integrators.
Being an AVIXA member means Genesis is held to a high level of industry standards. AVIXA is the only organization that administers Certified Technology Specialist (CTS®) designations, which is recognized worldwide as the leading AV professional credential. Holding CTS designations provides numerous benefits for clients including reassurance our team is competent and experienced in our field, as well as ensuring our clients that they can feel confident in knowing the Genesis team follows a high standard of ethics and conduct.
Genesis is always working to expand our knowledge base, and that’s why we have worked diligently toward becoming a recognized member in the AV Provider of Excellence (APEx) program, becoming the first Canadian-owned Integration firm to achieve this recognition. This designation is earned by meeting a set of five key markers of industry excellence. This not only gives us a competitive edge, but it ensures we follow guidelines on staff training and delivering superior customer service. This program is becoming so well known, that some customers are beginning to include APEx designation as a requirement to bid.
Technological advances have freed us from the boundaries of walls and borders, with most workplaces utilizing remote workers as well as offering work-from-home options. This new trend comes with its own set of challenges.
